MEET OWNER & BAKER CANDICE FABRIE

Welcome! Thank you for checking out my petite bakery website! My name is Candice and I am the owner and baker for "La Petite Souris"

 

Baking is in my blood. I come from a rich blend of French, Italian, & Polish heritage - homemade food has always been a staple in our household. It's how we express love to one another in times of great joy and sorrow, and the tradition continues with me.

I currently work as a full time history teacher at a local charter school but in my off time, I love to bake! You'll always find me in the kitchen. The idea to start my own bakery has been decades in the making. Family & friends have always encouraged me to figure out a way to share my homemade creations with the world & it's finally happening!

I pride myself on using traditional methods for baking, straying from the "instant" options you'll find in store. All of my baked treats are homemade by me. I don't currently offer gluten-free or dairy-free options but I promise they're in the works!
